The breakfast was delightful and well presented with lovely bread, home made marmalade and big bowls of coffee. The location turned out to be quiet, adjacent to Arras, nice city, an orchard, hens and a garden close by-Jean and the garden. I checked out Chateau de Warlus, that was set a 10-15 minute walk from the property...

The warmest welcome from Jean and Anne to a stunning room with beautiful decor, fresh flowers, and amazing facilities including a sauna. The room is situated in a charming courtyard with an orchard, hens, and a lovely garden - Jean even gave us plums right off the tree! Our hosts were incredibly helpful and provided great tips about the local area. We enjoyed a delicious French breakfast in the main house with generous servings of coffee. The location is perfect for visiting war memorials and the historic town of Arras is nearby. Close to Calais, but definitely worth more than just an overnight stay. The room itself is spacious and embodies the essence of rural French charm. The breakfast was top-notch and there was ample parking available. All in all, a delightful experience. We cannot recommend this place enough.
